Add image by using PHP

using the same home page, list, registration, delete, edit, search with the lab07.

For lab 08 , Add new file - add image

1. This is the home page.

2.when you click add image book, it will come out :

when you click the"choose file", it can upload file to the page. 

I had add an image on the this page which is title book of "coco".
